Shipping and Payment

Information on shipping and payment terms, as well as on calculating delivery times


A. Shipping Information

By default, shipping is only possible to the countries listed below. Depending on the size of your order, shipping will be via UPS or DHL. The applicable shipping costs can be found below.


I. Shipping within Germany:

For orders up to a gross value of EUR 150, the shipping fee is a flat rate of EUR 4.99. If the gross value of the order exceeds EUR 150, shipping is free of charge throughout Germany.


II. Shipping outside Germany

Shipping costs to EU member states outside Germany are a flat rate of €14.99 per order.
Shipping costs to Switzerland are a flat rate of €21.99 per order.


For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may arise in individual cases for which we are not responsible and which you must bear. These include, for example, costs for money transfers by credit institutions (e.g., transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g., customs duties). B. Payment Information

I. For shipping within Germany

For deliveries within Germany, we offer the following payment options [a1], unless otherwise stated in the respective product description:

  1. Prepayment via bank transfer
  2. Credit card
  3. Cash upon pickup
  4. Payment via PayPal

II. For deliveries outside Germany, we offer the following payment options, unless otherwise stated in the respective product description:

  1. Prepayment by bank transfer
  2. Credit card
  3. Payment via PayPal

III. Detailed information on the individual payment options

1. Prepayment by bank transfer

Please conveniently transfer the invoice amount to our bank account, stating the intended purpose. We will inform you of our bank details and the intended purpose of the transfer separately (by email) during order processing.

2. Credit card

Pay conveniently by credit card. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express.


3. Cash Payment upon Collection

You pick up the goods from us yourself and pay on site in cash or by debit card. We will first inform you by email that the goods you ordered are ready for collection. After receiving this email, you can pick up the goods by appointment at the following address: Rykestraße 48, 10405 Berlin, Germany. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.

4. Payment via PayPal

Pay conveniently via PayPal. You will be redirected to the payment service provider to complete your payment.


C. INFORMATION ON CALCULATION OF DELIVERY TIME

Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered within 2-7 days within Germany, and for international deliveries within 3-8 days after the contract has been concluded (if advance payment has been agreed upon, after the date of your payment instruction). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
