The NOVeL Berlin concept store is on a mission to unite sustainable lifestyle and fashion. Sustainability is very important to us. We don't see ourselves as a classic eco-store, but rather as a place where you can develop and refine a sustainable style. We seek out the best brands for our concept, which spans fashion, lifestyle, home, and friendship. In addition to special products from local designers, our customers will also find slow fashion brands and pure eco-brands. Our product range includes stationery, bags, jewelry and accessories, clothing, gift items, and home goods. The store also houses a workshop for our own brand, MIO ANIMO. We produce clothing and accessories locally, which we sell both locally and in our online shop.

What we are looking for from you:

  • You already have professional experience and enjoy selling
  • You enjoy presenting products and know how to highlight them
  • You are enthusiastic and can inspire others
  • You are a team player, sociable, and have an open personality
  • You want to be creative for us on social media
  • You see problems and tasks and approach every challenge with positive motivation
  • You are responsible, flexible, and have a team spirit


What We expect from you:

  • Expert advice and active sales with an open, positive attitude
  • Open and friendly interaction with our customers
  • Responsible support of cash register activities including inventory work
  • Ensuring the correct presentation of products in the store, as well as stock management
  • Presentation of products/styles on our social media channels
