Our team

Team NOVeL includes Maria, Sabrina, Mara and Miriam. Maria, our store manager, takes care of many organizational and administrative tasks in the store. She coordinates day-to-day operations in the store, adds items to the online shop, and is responsible for window and store decoration. She also lovingly packs all your online orders. Sabrina, Mara, and Miriam are part of our sales team and, with their keen eye for style, will help you find that new favorite item or gift for your loved ones. Of course, they support Maria with her daily to-dos, take care of incoming goods, process incoming returns, and sometimes even pack your orders and send them on their way.

The permanent MIO ANIMO team includes Tilli and Lale. Tilli and Lale work in the store's studio on Rykestraße. The two seamstresses actively support Anne in creating the collection, developing patterns, and taking care of the cutting. They lovingly sew every single MIO ANIMO piece on site in Berlin.

In any case, we all work hand in hand as equals. Each of us has our own specific area of ​​responsibility, but there is still a lot of overlap. As a team, we're always in constant communication, brainstorming, developing, and thinking together. Because TEAMWORK is DREAMWORK.
