How long does shipping take?

If you order in-stock items, we usually ship your package climate-neutrally with DHL GoGreen 3-5 days after receiving your order.
For a MADE-TO-ORDER item from MIO ANIMO, the shipping time is between 11 and 14 days, as your order is first made by our small sewing team in our studios in Berlin.
The current delivery time is always stated in our online shop.
If you order a selection of in-stock items and MADE-TO-ORDER items, we usually ship everything together. However, if you urgently need an item for an occasion, please contact us and we will ship it separately or try to prioritize your order. You are welcome to enter your information in the comments field during the ordering process or contact us via info@novelberlin.de.


How much are the shipping costs?

Shipping within Germany is a flat rate of €4.99 for orders up to a gross value of €150.
If the gross value of the goods exceeds €150, shipping is free throughout Germany.

Shipping costs within EU member states are a flat rate of €14.99 per order.
Shipping costs to Switzerland are a flat rate of €21.99 per order.
