In Case of Returns
It is important to us that returns should be as infrequent as possible. Of course, it can happen that something doesn't fit or isn't as you imagined. To qualify for a refund, the items must, of course, be in perfect, unused condition and returned to us with the original packaging and tags.
Please send your return shipment within 14 days, with sufficient postage, to the following address:

You, as the buyer, are responsible for the return shipping costs.
We cannot accept registered mail, letters, or merchandise! We ask for your understanding that we can only refund shipments that reach us well beyond the 14 days with a voucher.
Please state your reason for return on the enclosed return form and include this form in the package. The return will then be refunded as soon as possible, but usually within 14 days, using the payment method you selected.
