Naturally cloudy apple cider vinegar is a millennia-old, fermented household remedy. We use it in its most natural, unpasteurized form.

Raw honey, sourced from natural beekeeping in Brandenburg. It still contains all its valuable substances and naturally preserves the wild herbs.

Chamomile is probably one of the best-known household remedies and has been tried and tested for thousands of years. It colors the oxymel golden-yellow.

Peppermint is characterized by its high menthol content. Its ancestors are water mint and spearmint.

Yarrow is also called "Venus' eyebrow" or "soldier's weed." Its leaves actually look like small green eyebrows.

Caraway is the typical spice in our grandparents' kitchens and was often used in heavy dishes. It has been found in many ancient excavations.
