MIO ANIMO - Surcharge for custom-made products

MADE-TO-ORDER means that we only make the garment for you after we receive your order. Sometimes, however, we have the appropriate size in stock. In this case, your order will be shipped immediately. You have the option of returning or exchanging all regular sizes from XS to XXL.

With the custom-made option, you have the option of having your item made with individual adjustments. Prior consultation is advisable.

Please note: However, if the item is custom-made, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

For example, we offer the option of adjusting the length. Whether it's a dress, trousers, skirt, or blouse.
For longer items, we charge a surcharge of 10-15 EUR.

For shorter items, we charge nothing. If you choose the shorter option, you can order as usual and leave a note in the comments field. However, we recommend contacting us in advance for advice.

There are also various minor alterations possible, such as choosing long sleeves for the COCOU DRESS or adding a few pompoms to a large muslin cloth. See your options and the corresponding additional costs.
